Savings worth chasing...

Ok, I know you are probably going to laugh at me. Just try not to laugh too hard, a little giggle will suffice :)

Patrick and I had to run to the grocery store this morning so we could make homemade spaghetti sauce with meatballs. The register printed off a coupon for later use and I set it in my purse. Thought it was perfectly safe there. We walk outside, get across the traffic lane and immediatly the wind grabs the coupon from my purse and blows it across the parking lot. I watched helplessly...but with determination! Had to see where it landed so I could hopefully capture it. :)

As you have guessed, soon as we got the groceries & us in the van we drove over to where the coupon got caught and got it!

Yea, you might be wondering why I would go after it instead of just cutting my losses and leave it.

Well, other than the littering issue ~ that coupon was worth $1.00 off on a box of popsicles. These happen to be one of the very few kinds of popsicles Autumn is able to have. Normally $4/box, this coupon is worth chasing!!
