sand, sun, & lots of fun...

We spent yesterday in San Diego. Harold & I had a couple "shops" to do for our mystery shopping work.
In between we took the kids to the military beach at Coronado. We love this beach because it's so clean and not as crowded as the public beaches...although there were a lot of people there yesterday!
Autumn was having a blast with the Boogie Board.
In this picture she had just rode a wave in and was looking for the dolphins we saw swimming across just past all the swimmers. :)

Here she is riding a wave in.

And here is Harold is his normal pose!
(although he did end up going out in the water with them...you can kinda tell if you look at his shorts in the picture. haha)

Then we have Patrick deciding to give Boogie Boarding a try.
Ryan walked out with him to make sure he was ok.
In fact Ryan would walk out with him and walk back in next to him getting just as much enjoyment out of it as Patrick :)
Ryan is the BEST big brother!!

And riding the wave in! He did not want to quit when it was time to leave. We've decided that we definatly need to find another board. This one was at Goodwill for $10....HUGE savings over new.

Ryan in his normal beach mode. He wanders..... well I should say, he would have been way out in the water had Jessica been with us. He's crazy then!

Looks like the kids had lots of fun. Hopefully we will have just as much fun at the beach. Love MOM
