boy scouts and baseball...

Last Saturday (9/7) Harold and Ryan headed to Phoenix with the Boy Scout troop to watch a Arizona Diamondbacks baseball game.
It was scout night and all the Boy and Girl Scout troops that could attend did. They wore their uniforms and were able to go out and stand on the field during the presentation of the color guard and the singing of the National Anthem.

I don't have pictures of that part because Harold forgot to take the camara to the game with him. I do have a couple pictures that he took on his phone but they are not coming through at the moment so I'll have to post them later.

These pictures are of the Boy Scout Pubelo they spent the night in. It has been around for a long time and from what I hear is really neat. The only problem in the summer is that there is no A/C.....kinda sucky in arizona :)

Needless to say, no one sleep real well because of how hot they were. Ryan, the nut, crawled INSIDE his sleeping bag and never thought to actually just lay on top of it. Gee, wonder why he was so hot!!?!!
