Sunday we all went out shooting and then hunting quail. I unfortunatly don't have any pictures of the shooting time. I was throwing "clay pigon's" in the air for the guys to shoot.
Let me tell you how sore my shoulder is now!! Yikes!!
Anyhow, everyone got a chance to shoot and we took Ryan's BB gun with for the little ones. Patrick LOVED that :)
The top picture is of Harold and our nephew, Brandon, heading out to hunt with Patrick and Ryan tagging along behind.
The second one to the right is of Jeff and Ron (harold's brothers) going out with Jessica and Autumn tagging along. Jessica wore the bag that you pick up the birds and put them in after they've been shot :)
They didn't get any quail this time but they enjoyed the time anyhow.
Patrick and Ryan ended up walking back to me at the vans and I took out a clay pigon, set it up in the sand, and let Patrick shoot BB's at it.
He did really well and ended up destroying it without missing too many times. :)
Ryan also shot a couple of them and destroyed them. It was pretty funny because he didn't do as well as Patrick.
Later in the day Harold took his brother's, Jessica, Autumn, Ryan, & Brandon and headed out for more hunting. Brandon & Ryan were dropped off at the base bowling alley to bowl a few games.
Jessica wanted to show her Uncle Ron the horse we are leasing her so while she did that Jeff and Harold hunted some quail on the owner's land. Harold only managed to hit one although they saw LOTS!
Everyone had a great time.
