Auntie Bev sent Ryan a kit to make some soda fountains for his birthday.
You put mentos in the bottles of soda and stand back....

This was a lot of fun. It would take lots of mentos and bottles of
soda to bore these kids of the excitement!

looks like that was alot of fun, did anyone get sprayed with the soda or was everyone smart enough to stay back? How high do you think it went up?

I am so glad they all enjoyed it...I love the you tube video of these with the timing to music.....yes you would need to buy stock in soda and mentos...but every once in a while it is good "clean" fun/entertainment.
yep, they are bugging me to buy more mentos and more soda :)
I have 4 coupons for FREE diet soda so will probably use those and buy some mentos at the dollar store.
My thing for Ryan, that he doesn't know yet, is that he is going to have to explain to me why the mentos cause that reaction with the soda. :) I'm soooo evil!!
He always accuses me of buying games for schoolwork and not just for fun...hahahahahaha!!!!
