We were driving home from the horses tonight and this jackrabbit was hopping all over the road. Usually they are way too fast to hit...too fast for me anyhow, plenty of other people hit them.
So this jackrabbit starts to hop across the road and I slowed a bit to give it time. Then the darn thing took a turn for my van...there was no stopping for this thing....*crunch*...and I screamed. Right under my front tired....GROSS!!
I have only hit one other rabbit in all my driving life...that was when I was 18.
Of course we turned around and took a look at it. Patrick and I wanted to vomit, Autumn just said gross, and Jessica was checking to see if she could salvage the hide from it! What a sicko :) Too bad the tail was torn off or she would have considered it....
I swear the rabbit had suicide on it's mind.

I think you need to get Jessica some help....that is so gross that she wanted to keep the hide.....YUCK
