

These two innocent looking DVD's are kicking my butt!!
Monday I started using the one on the right for toning and I was sore.
I am going to use it only every other day :)
Yesterday (fri) I used the one on the left....the cardio one....
I have muscles that are sore that I did not even know I had really worked!
My gluteous muscles are killing me!

So in other words maybe I should get them and try working with them? I need some aeriobic type stuff to add to what I do, I'm at a stale mate and can"t seem to get any where. Mom
umm..you could but you WILL be sore after doing them!
I would get the regular biggest loser workout dvd's. There are two of them. I have seen them but not done them.
I swear, my butt in SORE! Everytime I sit down and stay there for a bit it's hard to get back up. Delivering the papers tonight was no big deal.....until we got home and I went to get out of the van...yikes!!
