rodeo fun...

This weekend was the annual Silver Spur Rodeo here in town.

Saturday morning was the Rodeo Parade and of course we went to watch. Jessica could have ridden in it but it was a hectic time and we didn't get it all done in time. There's always next year :)

To the right is "Romey", my equine love! His owner is in the "Sheriff's Possee" and they rode in the parade.
Jessica spent thursday bathing and body clipping Romey to get him all handsome for the parade. We did it as a surprise for Al (the owner).

I could post tons more pictures of the parade (Jessica took TONS of pictures of all the horses...big surprise huh?!?)....I'm just going to post these few though.

There is a camel farm in town and these are a couple camels from there.
