you gotta love them anyway...

I have been working out and trying to lose weight/inches for over two weeks now and have made some great progess. One dress size and six pounds already!! Wooo Hooo!!!

There is a down side to that loss though...I had just bought new bras and pants. They are now too big and I have to go out and get new ones....I guess it's a great problem to have though :)

So anyhow, to the title of the post.....
Yesterday is Valentine's Day and my family all want to buy me something (each other too). They know how I've been working to lose and what do they give me??

From Jessica ~ a BIG bag of peanut M&M's
From Autumn ~ a bag of chocolate licorace
From Ryan ~ a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi
From Harold ~ a bag of Dove chocolates

Yes, all those things are my favorites but I really don't need them right now! I gotta love them all though :) My friend suggested seperating them into serving sizes and that will make it easier to have a treat now and then without going overboard. I'm going to do that :)

Patrick though was the smart one......he gave me a pack of my favorite minty gum!

going to the gym six days a week. Alternating between treadmill and elyptical machine each time. And I do 30 to 35 minutes on each with incline on the treadmill or on the elyptical I do the reverse mode which is 5 minutes frontward walking and then 2 minutes backward walking. It's a killer but good for you :)

Also doing toning exercises and I bought "The Biggest Loser Scuplting" DVD and "The Biggest Loser Cardio Max" DVD (only $10/each at walmart). I do the sculpt one 3 days a week and today I did the cardio one because the base gym is closed for 5 days.

I also log what I eat and what I do for exercise so I can see my calorie intake and burning for each day.
The inches are coming off pretty quick. And I feel a lot better...my skin looks great too.

I really need to do more of the scuplting, walking I do well, thought about the elyptical, but a little expensive. Doesn't pay to go to the gym for me because of my schedule. GREAT JOB KEEP GOING!
They all are hoping you will share the goodies. Mom
