things I have learned in the past couple weeks....

I have learned a few things over the past couple weeks...mostly at my expense and just for me...lol :)

• don't put gum on the underside of the bleachers while it is hot out and then sit with your feet under the bench you are on. Especially when it's hot out...you just might end up with that same gum on your pants leg....
• do not and I mean do not cross the parade deck at MCRD when there is going to be a graduation ceremony going on. People will boo you and marines will run after you to chase you off! (this did not happen to me because Harold thankfully warned me, but we did see it happen to another poor soul while we were sitting there. If I was him, I would have just gone back to my car and sat there..lol)
• make sure to bring sunscreen, water, and things to entertain small children when you are going to be sitting out in the sun for two hours waiting on a graduation ceremony to begin.

• And just tonight I learned this...
• I made a beautiful Greek salad (I should have taken a picture..it was really that pretty!) and it called for feta cheese and anchovies. I'm all for new things so I add them on. Yea....I don't like either one of those things!
