laughter...

I have discovered my hidden talent.....

To provide laughter and entertainment for those around me :)

I was talking to my friend, Krysten, earlier (pictured to the right)
I was telling her about my lawn mowing experience from this afternoon. - I had started mowing the front lawn for mom and she came out to give me a bottle of water about half way through it. I mentioned to her how the grass in the middle of the front was not really cutting. She said maybe it just wasn't long enough. BUT, before she walked away she looked at the mower and tells me, "You don't have the mower blade down all the way." So here's me having to go back and re-mow all the lawn that I had just mowed!! Krysten thought this was pretty damn funny!! I'm always a source of laughter for her ;)

On to my next "stunt"....
Pictured to the left is my brother, Wayne Jr., and he is a part of this one :)
I was trying to start a movie in the family room at mom's house. The picture was not showing up and I couldn't figure it out so I asked him for help. He comes in and is trying to get it and I casually say, "Maybe I put the disk in upside down?" (that was meant jokingly!)
He says back, "Oh that'd be rich!" And he proceeds to check the disk as I went to the other room to get another movie to make sure it's not the DVD player. I come back in and he is getting it started. I had put the disk in upside down! Now, in my defense....the disk does not have the picture or title on one side like a lot of DVD's do. It was just silver :-)
Yeah, I provided entertainment and laughter yet again!!




And for the last moment of laughter I've provided tonight....
This one involves my sister, Bev, pictured to the right. :)

I had to call Frontier Airlines to confirm my flight for tomorrow afternoon.
I got all the way through the prompts and it said it was a 5 minute hold so I hung up. Bev asked why I hung up and I told her. She says, "You should have just hung on the line. It's going to be a longer wait when you call back." I blew her off and said it wouldn't.
I called back.....it was now a 6 minute wait. Yeah, she laughed :-)

But you know, family does not let you down. I was able to get a few laughs off them too ;-)
My wonderful, smart sister I mentioned above DOES NOT know how to resize pictures on the computer!!! And then, as I am posting this and moving her picture to where I wanted she says; "You can move pictures around on the blog when you are posting?!" HAHAHA!! I am nearly rolling on the floor here.....
