updates...

It's been a week here. :)

Autumn and Patrick have been attending school for a whole week now. It started pretty smoothly and we thought that would continue. We hit a snag today.... Patrick declared that he was NOT going to school. He says it is too long. We had a talk and he is home for the day but with restrictions. Autumn has happily went to school everyday. I think she likes it just fine although there is a boy in her class that worries her with his behavior. If it continues I will mention it to the teacher. She went to school happy today because she will get a star on her chart for having a good week with no problems :)

Ryan and Jessica did an online orientation for their school this week. They will start classes on Monday morning and they received their laptops from the academy today. I am actually on one of them up at Starbucks right now. Thank you Bev for the wireless connection ;)

One of my jobs ended due to budget cuts. I no longer deliver the paper I did on Saturdays. It stinks cause it was fun time for Ryan, Jessica, and I...along with the pay being good. But none of use miss rolling 1850 papers each Saturday. Nor do we miss that it took up a good chunk of our day. It's nice to have the weekend back :)
