He reminded tonight of one of the reasons I just adore him. He's helpful. When I come home from grocery shopping or running errands, he rushes out of the house and to the van to see if I need any help. It's great!
He most often goes with me to pick Patrick up from school. I will wait in the van while Ryan goes up to the door to pick Patch up. It's soooo cute to watch them walk back together holding hands and talking/laughing. Ryan is sooo good with Patch (most of the time anyway..lol)
Another thing Ryan is good for it volunteering to help when I need to do something at times. Like tonight, we had movies that had (because i REFUSE to pay late fees) to be returned to Hollywood Video. Well, Jessica and Harold just finished watching her movie at 11pm. I end up being the one who has to drive the 5 minutes to the video store. Ryan offered to go with me so I wouldn't have to get out of the van. That was soooo kind of him and not just because I was in my nightgown totally ready for bed and checking his schoolwork :)
I also have to brag on Ryan's artistic ability. He can work with the paint program on his computer like no one I've ever met! Honestly, I can't not even draw a straight line on the dumb program let alone do the detailed pictures he does!!
Below is an example of a recent "drawing" he did on paint. I know it's gory & discusting but just look at the detail (you can click on the picture and it will open up bigger). This particular gore is from AVP Requium...lovely I know.... I much prefer the pictures of Star Trek ships that he does!

I agree, Ryan is a great helper and his drawing is something else. He really needs to get into drafting or design of some kind. I'll have to have him back up here to help me with things, wish I could afford to have him for a couple months, he would love riding the lawn mower in my yard.
