There certainly are perks to Harold's job.
Like this one, we...well he gets a new vehicle every 2 yrs..(or less in Harold's case because he puts miles on very quickly!)
This is what "we" got this year. It's a Dodge Caliber. And we got it in Burnt Orange! :)
Autumn went with Harold to pick it up this morning so she had a chance to check out all the features on it before anyone else. She is very proud to know them :) The thing that made her happiest is that there IS a cooler for bottles/cans in the glove compartment area of the car! It's cool....literally.
I took it for a "test drive" soon as they got home. It's a neat car....lots of get up and go and fun stuff included in it. We had fun checking out the free satellite radio :)
My only complaint with it is that I have to sit too close to the steering wheel and I felt a little clausterphobic because it's a lot of car and a little bit of window. :(
Jessica and I are taking it to San Diego on Thursday and it's going to be FUN!

Sharp looking car Harold. You better be careful going to SD with that. Would like to see a better side view for the window. Should be interesting to see how it does in the mountains. Mavis
I took another look at the car, it is shaped like the magnum? I can understand the small windows, that why I wouldn't drive a magnum because of the windows. Mom
Yeah, I'm not real happy about the windows and it is hard to see your blind spot, even when you turn to look over your shoulder :( Guess you can't complain about a "free" vehicle though. And this one will actually cost Harold $20 LESS a payday than the van did so that is nice too. The kids all like the car...haha... It is fun to drive, just have to get over the clausterphobic feeling...
That's certainly a nice perk!
