I don't have a picture to share this time, but I sure wish I did :)
Jessica made a homemade chicken pot pie for dinner tonight. I have made this same pot pie many times over the years and we love it. Jessica has out done me....
I told mom that Jessica is not allowed to leave for the summer. Nope! She's just to good at cooking and if she leaves I'll have to cook.
Mom doesn't agree with me and thinks it's great that she'll be gaining another cook.

It's from the Betty Crocker Cookbook and pretty easy :)
I'm going to have her try making lasagna next to see if she can do better than me on that. If she does then she can teach me...hahaha!!
