- it's fun to get away for a bit...even if it's for the dentist

- have i mentioned that the weather is cooler than in yuma??
I had to go to the dentist on Tuesday and Harold was kind enough to let me use his "points" for a free hotel stay that night. I ended up taking Ryan with me.
We did my dental appt and then went to the mall. I did a Build-A-Bear dino for Patrick and a monkey for Autumn. Then we grabbed some food and headed for the hotel. We enjoyed watching a tv show for a little bit and then one of the lady's from the dentist office and her husband took us to dinner. It was great fun and I thoroughly enjoyed my margarita :)
She and I also saw a movie later on. The Bucket LIst - it was a really good movie.
The next day Ryan and I relaxed at the hotel before heading to Balboa Park. We were heading to the Air & Space Musuem but it didn't open until 10am (we got there at 9:15am). We decided that we would go back to that when I take Patrick to the dentist on Monday.
We hit Fry's Electronics to check on the price of a PSP (ryan is saving up for one) and then to Goodwill to try to find a new bike for Autumn (her's was stolen sometime monday night). There was the perfect PINK bike there for her :)
I also had to pick up two prescriptions at the dentist and we bought a few of the techs/office people lunch from Chic-fil-A. Yum!!
We made it home just in time for Ryan to go bowling :)
The weather was great and I can't wait to go back!

I think you guys need to find a home you can afford in San Diego. I know that would not help mJess with having the horse to work with, but you like it there and Harold is there so much also. Then when we visit you wouldn't have to drive so far to get us.!
