new path...

After much thought and talking with a friend, I have decided to finally bite the bullet and apply to the local community college to take classes this fall.
I have been talking about it for a couple years and just haven't taken any further steps.
Part of it was because I couldn't decide exactly what I wanted to do..so many options...there was Personal Trainer, Dietician, Nurse, and finally Dental Technician.

I can remember when I was very young and had this same dilemma....I came to the conclusion that I wanted to be a Nurse and drive semi's. LOL!! What a combination. :)

The fact is that I LOVE to learn. Yea, mom & Bev can stop laughing right now because I know I did not do too well in school in some subjects. That is just because those weren't the ones that interested me. :)
I would still love to go to school and become all of the above that I mentioned (well, except for the semi driver..haha). I have narrowed it down though and am looking into the Dental Technician. :)

This is a bit of an odd choice for me BUT - I have gotten over my fear of going to the dentist and now like all that. I thought, maybe I could help others with their fear by working in that field. Who knows, but still I am interested in it.

I can do the pre-req's for this program here in AZ where we live and then you have to transfer to another community college but we'll deal with that when the time comes. I have also looked into a distance learning school for this.
