I had a dentist appt this past friday so I spent some time in San Diego with a friend.
Since I was there, I made a trip to my favorite Food Co-op and purchased some organic goodies :)
There really is nothing like an organic apple or watermelon. Oh my!! They are juicy and don't have that pesticide taste to the skin (the apples)....the watermelon tastes sooo fresh. I also bought some strawberries and YUM!!
I can't wait to go back again and get more. The watermelon is nearly gone since Harold can eat it...it's tooo yummy to leave sitting. Next time I will buy two...lol!

Harold can eat watermelon? Why can't he eat some fruits?? Just curious. Sounds like a good trip to me. I got your text message, but i worked till 10:30 tonight, only suppose to work till 9....oh well....
HOpe you find something to read, I don't know of anything like what you want...I am into the non fiction stuff...ha ha....
He can't eat melons because his throat starts to swell up. Something with the pesticides. An allergy he has had since being a kid. His mom is the same way with cabbage.
I buy organic melons when I can so that he can enjoy them also. Besides the taste of organic ones is sooooooo much better than the other ones.
