WooHoo!! It's 11 days until Christmas and I have written our Christmas letter AND taken a photo of the kids to include in the cards. I can't believe I have actually accomplished that much :)
Now the work is to get the cards in envelopes and mailed out. That, we all know, is the major task for me. Getting them out in time will be a miracle. :)
I've also almost finished gift shopping. Just a couple gifts for Harold, one for each of the girls from each other, and what I am waiting on in the mail for Patrick.
We are scaling back this christmas and it actually feels good. Less stressful and more thought put into things. I think it will give the kids time to actually fully appreciate the gifts they receive.
Our tree is hanging on...needles drop every day and I hate whenever anyone gets near it, but it looks good in the evenings when the lights are on. They distract you from the holes in the branches where the needles have fallen and you can see through....

only have yours and harold's mom's in the mail so far. She actually got a letter and picture in hers...lol...your picture will be coming.
I understand about you not wanting to do cards this year. I don't think I would either. Wish you could be with us for Christmas.
