first steps...

I started Weight Watchers last week with encouraging from my friend who said I should just come see what a meeting is like. She has been losing weight steadily. Also, my younger sister is doing WW and she has lost 35 lbs!! Yea Bev!!!

My second meeting was today. I have been faithfully tracking my points and activity in my little pocket journal and online. I had a couple bad days at the end of the week where I ate too much and not great stuff (thank goodness for your extra weekly points! ) BUT, at my weigh-in today I have lost 2.4 lbs. Wooo Hoooo!!
My 5% goal is 11.5 lbs so only 9.4 to go :) I am loving this plan along with all the exercise I am also doing now :)
